the European Commission or to extend anti-dumping duty determination on PET chips of China

It is reported that the main bottle chip plants in China has received from the EU Commission for the determination of further extension of anti-dumping duties on China exports of polyester chips. It is still for further objection before September 30. The EU has taken anti-dumping duty on exports of Chinese polyester chips since 2003. On August 3, 2009 the European Commission has proposed sunset review investigations so that the extension of the current levy period has not been determined. Also, the ruling is still presented in the form of a written report back to the factory-based, but does not yet release official news.
